ZMA Auto Publisher is used to prepare and publish ZMA Auto automotive content to connected business social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed by the service.
The service may process uploaded video files, captions, generated descriptions, metadata, social media account identifiers, and access tokens required to publish content to connected ZMA Auto accounts.
Information is used to render videos, generate captions and metadata, submit publishing requests to connected platforms, and maintain operational logs needed for troubleshooting and security.
Temporary rendered video files are deleted from the server after processing and publishing. Platform access tokens are stored securely on the server and are used only for authorized publishing operations.
Content and publishing data are shared only with the social media platforms selected by ZMA Auto for publication. The service does not sell personal data.
ZMA Auto uses access controls and server-side storage protections to limit access to publishing credentials and operational data.
